(SCF). UKSE Fund Managers Ltd can source investments on behalf of the
Co-Investment Fund up to the amount being invested by UK Steel Enterprise Ltd
at the same time provided that:
The applicant business is based in one of UK Steel Enterprises operating areas in Scotland.
The applicant business must meet the European Unions definition of a Small or Medium Sized Enterprise. See official SME definitions here
50% of the SCF investment must be in the form of share capital.
