Investing in your business by providing 'share capital' is one way that we can help. Share capital and share/loan packages are available up to £750,000 on terms that are individually negotiated for each investment.

There are a number of benefits to small companies taking this route. Security is not required and an injection of share capital will help strengthen the balance sheet. Also as a shareholder, we are more likely to be able to provide further expansion finance. Our shareholding will not usually exceed 25% of the company's equity and we leave control and management decisions in the hands of the directors.
